“As a resident of Broome County and the City of Binghamton, I understand the importance of civic engagement and tourism to the community. Adopt A Park is the rare mix of economic stimulus and empowerment for the public. That is why I support the activities and events, and I am proud to be a member of the Board.”
I am the house manger for the Phelps Mansion Museum. I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of Adopt A Park because I believe in promoting tourism for our area and helping to bring new and exciting events to our parks.
I chose to commit to the Adopt-A-Park (AAP) because I believe in the parks and getting them usable for all people – the elderly, older folks, disability, and kids.
